“Brain-Based Presenting: Getting the Brain to Pay Attention” – Free Interactive Webinar, July 24th 2018

If you haven’t had the chance to participate in my free webinar titled “Brain-Based Presenting: Getting the Brain to Pay Attention,”  please join me on Tuesday, July 24th 2018, for an hour of practical  brain-based learning. The webinar is sponsored by InSync Training, one of the foremost leaders in the virtual training design and delivery world.

Brain-Based Presenting: Getting the Brain to Pay Attention, is part of InSync Training’s 2018 complimentary webinar series. My webinar will be held on Tuesday, July 24th 2018, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Click on the link above for the webinar description, learning outcomes, and registration information. The handout below accompanies the webinar, so be sure to download and print it beforehand to use as a note-taking tool:

“Brain-Based Presenting” Handout 2018

Regardless of whether or not you’re attending the webinar, consider using a note-taking handout, like the one on the link above, for your own training topics. On the front are “Warm-Ups” and “Follow-Ups” – resources for your training participants to explore before and after your training event. On the back are note-taking boxes for your participants to fill in. If you plan to attend my webinar, you’ll experience and collect more than a dozen brain-based strategies to use with any audience and any topic.

“Warm-Ups” are resources that help get the brain ready to learn before a training event. Brain-scientists call these “priming” activities. “Follow-Ups” are resources that help move new learning into long-term memory. Brain scientists call these “spaced practice” activities. Both “Warm-Ups” and “Follow-Ups” are important parts of successful, brain-based instruction, whether online or face-to-face.

I’ve also created an infographic for the webinar which I think that you’ll find very useful – be sure to click on the link below for this practical, downloadable resource:
