LucaLuca is the founder and CEO of SmHarter  and passionately believes that “smart” and “heart” are two key ingredients of any successful learning organization. He has now combined his “smart-heart” passion with “Training from the BACK of the Room!” (TBR)

Luca just completed the Trainer Certification Course for TBR held in London, England last week. He was one of 30 trainers from 6 countries who passed the certification test and are now part of a global community of  120 TBR Certified Trainers.
